What is it about driving in cars and Joy Division songs?

On this particular adventure we set out to see the rare phenomenon of snow in the Cyprus mountains, and found what I'm guessing was an abandoned old ski-lodge. We tried to make a snowman but we gave up cos our hands were too cold.
